The STEM gait analysis project was about walking and telling peoples height or weight through the way they walk. We were answering the question: What is the relationship between the height and gait frequency of walking humans. With our project we measured the walking and heights of three different group members: Emma(me), Eliza, and Jake. We then took these measurements and calculated their walking frequency.
Through the gait analysis project we are some ups and downs. At the time of measuring I had a limp which most likely affected our data. We also have a hard time figuring out how to make some of the graphs. In the end we figured it out. The project was interesting but we didn't get to the point where we can tell someones height from the way they walk. I learned a lot about graphs and charts and how to explain data just from a google sheet. I personally didn't like this project but it is a good way to teach people how to get very familiar with google sheets.
